AICoin Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for AICoin, the prepaid credit used across AIConcept.art. 1 AICoin = 1,000 VND. Purchases are one-time top-ups; there is no recurring subscription.

1. Failed generations

When a generation job fails after AICoin was reserved, the reservation is released and the amount returns to your wallet. Every such movement is recorded in the credit ledger as a credit operation you can review in your payment history.

2. Paid but not credited

If your payment succeeded but AICoin was not delivered, contact us with your payment receipt. Once the payment is verified, we credit the missing amount or refund it to the original payment method.

3. Consumed credits

AICoin spent on completed generations is final and cannot be refunded, because the underlying compute cost has already been incurred.

4. Unused credits and disputes

For unused purchased AICoin, duplicate charges, or other billing disputes, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We review every request individually and respond within 14 days.
